Horse is lifted bodily out of the water by his friend and mount, and they then tear off on a miles-long air-chase slash dogfight with two bone dragons, finally crash-landing into a tunnel beneath a closing gate and avoiding CERTAIN DEATH by mere meters! There are hundreds of unanswered questions, as well as news of a gigantic army of the dead massing on the land's western border to report to those in command, and what do I have Horse do next? Go to sleep. In my defense, I was myself mostly asleep when I came up with that genius plot point.
So the last few paragraphs of last week's post have mysteriously disappeared: Horse and Ordinn have just discussed Horse's recent failure with the pendant. More on Friday.
