Last night, I stayed up until the wee hours of the morning writing today's post: the first three and a half pages of the last chapter of Part One. Today, during my lunch break, I did the usual quick review and revise - and discovered that if I rearranged things slightly and spent three hours of my workday clandestinely writing and rewriting, I could make a much, much better chapter. So here is today's post: the first six pages of the last chapter of Part One. Enjoy.
