I was a little bored so I decided to draw up one of the first scenes in Albatros' book =)

I think that we have a winner. I don't know how anyone could have you beat. Just look at the shading on the Murloc's arms and legs...err flippers and prehensil ligaments, or whatever those things are...that's real fine detail.

I'll take a shot at it asap, but I won't be able to come close to this kind of quality.

It certainly wasn't intended as coming off that strong. It's quite an impressive drawing, from a certain point of view.

Ok, so I'm going to apologize beforehand since I think I totally screwed the characters up... I sort of made up clothes and weaponry without really bothering to check that they were accurate. Plus, I made Katy M WAY too obviously female... oh well.

This is the part in Part 2, chaper VII. "The sound of branches snapping somewhere behind me in the forest pulled me out of my thoughts. Something large was coming towards us through the silent, pre-dawn forest, and making no secret of it."

I realize it's pretty sloppy, but I hope you like it, Albatross! :3
