blizzard's hippogryphs don't like you any more. and, if you give them a chance, they'll tell you so.

I already know they don't like me. Besides being forced to carry me around, they know I killed a few of them in Feralas.

Uh, we ride on griffins, not hippogryphs, otherwise Horse wouldn't be surprised (he rode one north, remember). And is there no limit to how evil and twisted you are?

Can't wait for the night elves! Very Happy

Notice that Albatros has so far refused to comment on this ... Wink

Edit: Ok, so now he has ...

the alliance rides hippogryphs around Kalimdor. The griffins are only for the Eastern Kingdoms. (On the horde side, it's those lionesque Wind-Riders in Kali and of course the Undercity Bats out east.)

zomg conspiracy! Smile I don't comment on a lot of things. There are a bunch of reasons that this statement won't bear out as written... like, the outside world is rapidly falling apart. No one of power is going to be doing much just hanging around. and... you guys are so caught up on moonglade! Laughing and also, I have a plot in my head in which different things happen. so the technical answer to Squirrel's question is, "Nope. =]"

$10 says that the NEs are gonna confront Horse and M in a violent or close-to-violent manner before he gets to where he's going. That's just my thoughts though.

Nah, Horse will see them, then yell, "ZOMG put on some clothes!"

They will then look at him and say "zomg? Who is that?"

Then Horse will continue the rest of the story naked... well, scant clothing on a tauren... that's close enough to naked for me to consider it naked.

ok, so I am awash with praise. I loved the “You’re a cow with thumbs,” he said. “You should be talking.” bit as well as the other one(see other thread). I have always wanted to use just this kind of line on a Tauren, cause come on, they are just talking cows that walk upright...

/me ducks and runs

Yay! Horse's going to see the Night Elves! Albatros, of course we can't take our minds off of Moonglade. I mean, c'mon, that's where all druids learn the way of the . . . well . . . druid. And yea, it'd be funny if Horse bumped into his 'ol teacher there.

There was once this guy on the forums that challenged Cay to a lore contest. One of the questions she asked him was:

'If you went up to a hippogryff and talked sweetly to it in Darnassian, what would it do?' (something like that)

There were a lot of answers, but when Cay got back to the thread, it was:

'It'd answer you back in Darnassian. Hippogryffs are very intelligent creatures'

I'm not quoting, but that's pretty much how I remember it.

I remember that contest! I still have a hard time believing that more than one person will ever be exposed to anything good that comes out of the general forums, given the speed at which it moves. Yep, that kid got his proverbial arse handed to him on a platter by Kay

Well in all fairness, Cay was probably a phonecall away from the people who make the lore.
