The sun is shining, my windows are open and there's a breeze, there's a cup of black tea with honey sitting next to the bed, the red hot chili peppers are on the stereo, and I'm writing Murloc. Hell of a Saturday. Smile

There's not a cloud in the sky where I'm at. Simon & Garfunkel is playing, its moderately warmish, and I'm thinking about a cup of Jasmine Tea. Today is quite a good day. And it's my old man's birthday too. So that means feasting later in the day.

Don't hold your breath for it - I've got a thing to go off and do in about an hour, and then I'm not home until tomorrow night or Monday, but the structure of this chapter is finally coming into focus for me, which means I think I can post a few pages some time this week... at least four.

Moderately humid afterwarm (how you like that neologism?) evening where the sun has left a lasting imprint on the flourishing spring greenery. And after a lofty afternoon basking in the sunlight, studying, I'm sat reading some prose (can you tell?) with Natasha Bedingfield humming through my earphone (I'd go stereo, but my brother's being quite irate in the room next door; he's WoW-PvPing). Too bad the only good drink I have here is Chaudfontaine water. But due to an expected champagne in two days, I'm not left without anything necessary.

Here's to hoping you get anything done, page or no page, four, more or less! *Ching*

Done for the day (but got into it enough that I'm late for my thing now). That was a really satisfying few pages to write - it included copying in and rewriting a bunch of bits and pieces that I'd roughed out previously for future use. I haven't gotten to burn through a bunch of those in a while. I've got the rest of the chapter mapped out as well - mapping is much harder than writing, and writing can't start productively until mapping is done - so I'm feeling pretty good about where I'm at. And we're getting closer to some really exciting stuff. Twisted Evil

Well, in that case, you can give me the strange fungal growths... If I'm gonna die, best do it in a respectable fashion, nay? Rolling Eyes

Update coming tomorrow. It'll be the promised fourish pages - I got some more writing done this week, but it was at bars or on the subway and so all in all ... pretty bad.

Very Happy

The bar writing was actually round one of what appears to be turning into a regular write-date (although I haven't told her or any of the others that might be joining what it is I write Cool ) - that's good news for Murloc fans, of course, if my Tuesday nights turn into enforced writing time.
