I'm pretty sure that Horse is feral specced, as we have never seen him heal or attack using nature magic.

I vote for nice little hybrid-built: mainly feral with just enough points in restoration to get the instant-heal-panic-button. He just seems to me the type who'd like (and need) a panic-button. Wink

I'm pretty sure horse isn't bound that closely to the WoW infrastructure. Perhaps Horse will be endowed with a more original fighting talent. Note that his travel form is original as well.

Also, it would seem pretty silly to have Horse turn into a moonkin or a tree to blow things up or heal. I don't see how it would fit into the story... He turns into different forms to do different physical actions, but he can already cast spells and what not in his natural form.
