The World of Murloc is starting up Wednesday. It's your last chance to go have a look and make a character before it starts. You can join later, of course... but you won't be nearly as cool as the people were there at the beginning. At least, I'm told that's how it works.
Now, back to my weekly Aaron Sorkin fix.

(Started writing this post at 9:30 this morning. Am just getting back to finish it now. Crazy life.)
A few months ago, forum-hound /train had the idea of getting a Murloc RPG going. I stalled, because I couldn't quite wrap my mind around how such a thing would work on a forum. I retreated to a secret forum, where I threw ruleset ideas against the wall until a few stuck. Saranus, now GM Extraordinaire, helped me test them out, and we've got what I think is a solid system.
The Official Murloc is Lonely Forum RPG - The World of Murloc - will be kicking off in a few days. It's set in the seedy underworld of Storm City, a couple of years before the beginning of Murloc. If you play long enough and walk down all the right alleys, you might find some clues to what's going on in the story... and you might even run into Fang.
If you wanna get in on the action, head this way, throw together a character, and await the call to battle! (cue stirring music and Mr. Voice voiceover)

It's super-short, but I figured you guys would rather have the story move along just a bit than wait a while. I give you: the first little bit of Chapter Seventeen.

Happy October Day!
Last night, for the first time in more than a week, I got off work early - about 8 PM. Today, Sunday, I didn't have to be into work until noon - giving me a luxurious night to do whatever I pleased! I spent it writing. Don't ever tell me I don't love you guys. =)
Without further ado: the rest of Chapter 16.
Further ado: This chapter was originally going to be the end of Part Two, but I decided that would be cruel and pointless. The last chapter of Part Two, Chapter 17, will be coming next time I have a leisurely few hours off between work and sleep and work again.
