Awful ref decision in the last four seconds of the Texas A&M game tonight. Dunno if anyone saw that, but there was no way it took that ball a whole second to go out of bounds.
I know that this week's story post was a bit on the short side, and next week's will likely be so as well, so here with some suggested reading to hold you over is me! Over to me. (Lay off me, it's late and I'm punchy.)
Forum-scribe Sabredurid recently rechristened his story, boldly declaring the current tome ”Book One”, and I look forward to the implied further books, and wish him best of luck in not burning out before we get to see them! Sabre's story can be found here. (Sabre, check your PMs.)
Old-school Forum-hound Daclat has recently returned from a protracted absence to finish his story - now also a first part of several - and upped Sabre's ante by in fact starting Part Two! Daclat's wonderful (Warcraft-)historical story begins here, and the all-new Part Two - “The Sword of Emerald Fire” - continues here.
The other two stories which have earned Sticky-status are Keltor's “Divine” and the long-running and delightfully-named “Life and Fast Times of Durgen Tharlak” by community-veteran-allstar Saranus (whose usually-towering presence here has diminished somewhat due to Real Life and Burning Crusade, and whom we look forward to welcome back heartily in the future :) ).
And now, back to writing, then to sweet sweet sleep.
