Pretend Today is Last Thursday

I probably should have seen it coming, but my promise to give you guys something Thursday to tide you over was foiled by my inability to update the site from an internet cafe. I posted on the forums by way of stop-gap, but that wasn't much use since what I'm about to link to is already well-known to most of my forum-hounds.
As I predicted, Europe left me with no time for any writing at all (including schoolwork, zoinks!) so there was no story Thursday. My plan instead was to highlight the three ongoing sagas that currently grace the Words section of the site's forum, and I will do so now. Saranus, Daclat, and Slashtrain, the newest member of the uber-elite Sticky club: you guys are awesome, and helping to make this site exactly what I was hoping it would be. Everyone else should click over and kill some time reading these guys' works. As a fellow author, I can also say with certainty: constructive feedback is always appreciated!
I'm back in God Bless America. I love Europe, but damned if my friends and I didn't break out in The Star Spangled Banner when we cleared customs. It was a crazy trip, and I'll have some stuff posted about it later (tonight or, like, later than tonight) - I've got a bit of a rant brewing about how Delta treats its Economy Class folks, along with a special In-Flight edition of "Mewwwwwvies". And now - it's been more than a week - an hour of warcraft and then passing the hell out!
